With the attached x0.5 Barlow lens (necessary for soldering operations) max zoom is x45, but it is still good enough for practically everything.The camera MU1000-HS is way better comparing to previously used by me 5MP MA500, although it uses the same USB2.0 interface – it has better colors, resolution (of course) and speed for all operations.The stand is stable and much better comparing to the articulating stand, the last one can be used only for contactless operations with the microscope.I would recommend this m-scope for professional soldering operations down to 0201 components size level. For 01005 you might want x180 zoom m-scope with x0.5 Barlow lens.
