For some the spring action of the connection system placed on the pins of the flashtube vs. the socket plug may seem weak but it makes great sense. It’s easier to replace a xenon tube than the socket itself. The flash color is good. The pin-out and size of pins differs from other 200w/s 4pin flashtubes using a radio-tube style socket. Don’t buy thinking it will work with Lumendyne or Norman flash heads.
