Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son after he saw it on TikTok. When we received it, I almost returned it immediately. It appeared flimsy and I had doubts about how it would hold up outside of the flimsy packaging. However, my son enjoys it, and it’s actually more sturdy than it looks. I would DEFINITELY recommend purchasing rechargeable AAA batteries, as it burns through battery life very quickly. We did purchase a set of rechargeable batteries and a charger for them from Amazon. In general, my 18 year old son is happy with it and he uses it to take photos of subjects he paints. He says he likes the “artsy” effect the camera gives the photos. Personally, I found the camera to be overpriced. Complete investment after purchasing camera, rechargeable batteries and battery charger was around $170. A bit high, but that’s just my opinion. It makes him happy, so there’s that.
