I got me a 2017 Audi Q7 premium plus 3.0 & needed a few things to complete my suv. One was a mat for the 2nd & 3rd row cargo area. I kept reading reviews about certain types of mats that once you lift up your 3rd row, the mat flops forward falling down. This mat was one of them BUT, I being an extreme DIY kind of lady decided to figure out a way for me to be able to use it on either row of seats, the third row especially once up without having to return it! WELL, from the pics you can see that since the mat has a semi crease area along the middle split, all I did was fold/tucked the mat underneath itself then pushed it back up against the 3rd row far as I needed it to go up to not cover the trunk lock. Then tucked the extra slack down toward the 3rd row seats lower creases to get a good seal. No need for ANYTHING to hold it up. It stays in place once tucked good & the non-slip grip they use for the backing works amazingly. Even when folded it still looks like it’s designed for that too! Great custom fitting! Trust me, since I’ve been having the mat, I’ve been able to enjoy both rear rows of my SUV by having this now DIY versatile cargo mat.
