Usage Instructions Cartridge Filters: Rinse the filter with a garden hose. Spray Filter Cleanse undiluted onto the cartridge. Let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly for 5 minutes. Soak in a 1:3 solution (Filter Cleanse to water) for 1 hour, then rinse again. Sand Filters (Initial Dose): Backwash the filter and turn off the pump. Add recommended amount directly to the skimmer. Briefly run the pump, then turn off for 1 hour. Backwash again until the waste water runs clear. Sand Filters (Maintenance Dose): Backwash as normal and pour 250ml into the skimmer during the process. Continue backwashing until water is clear.
